Invitation to Kliinik 32 conference
Dear colleague, Kliinik 32 is honored to welcome you to the dental conference „Future Trends in Implantology”, held on January 23, 2009 in Swissotel Conference Center in Tallinn, Estonia. The conference provides a venue for dentists from all across Europe to exchange information, knowledge and experiences. The topic of the conference has been chosen taking into consideration the importance of implantology in modern dentistry.

The conference will feature a day of expert speakers in implantology from across Europe on innovative technologies and hotly debated themes. We are proud to present leading implantology specialist Dr. DDS, PhD, MD Pär-Olov Östman from Sweden as the keynote speaker. Dr. Östman has authored several scientific articles both in oral pathology and implantology, and has lectured extensively in implant dentistry during the last 10 years. His main focus today is oral handicap, immediate function and R&D. Amongst others, there will also be reports on modern concepts in implant treatment planning and possibilities in use of 3D imaging.

If you wish the invoice to be addressed to a company, please also submit the VAT number and company postal address. Please note that registration will close on Tuesday, January 13, 2009.

Registration fee
Early registration fee 200 EUR (3200 EEK) per person applies until December 14, 2008. 
Registration fee 280 EUR (4400 EEK) per person applies since December 15, 2008.

Registration fee is inclusive of VAT (18%).

The registration fee includes:
- admission to conference,
- conference materials,
- lunch,
- coffee breaks,
- dinner party (dresscode: dark suit).

All participants receive Estonian Dentists Alliance certificate.

Cancellation of registration submitted until the registration deadline on January 13, 2009 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. We regret that cancellations made after January 13 will not be refunded.

Accommodation
Special prices are available to conference participants at Swissotel Tallinn hotel (ranked 5-stars):
- Single room (including breakfast) 100 EUR (1500 EEK) per night per person
- Double room (including breakfast) 65 EUR (1000 EEK) per night per person
In order to book the special price, please send your request to the conference organization team when registering to the conference, including date of arrival, date of departure and room preference (single or double room). Accommodation cost will be added to your invoice together with the conference registration fee.
