Aim: Treatment of a first Molar Extraction Case using a wax Typodont Prerequisits: Basic knowledge in fixed appliance therapy Target group: Orthodontists and Postgraduate students in Orthodontics Subjects • Case presentation • Treatment stages, zero stage • Adaptation of a Goshgarian palatal bar and a lingual arch • Segmental arches for distalizing canines and premolars and for uprighting the second molars • Levelling • Correction of overbite, overjet and midline • Space closure • Torque control • Adjustment and finishing • Presentation of treated clinical cases Instruments Participants must bring their own pliers and instruments.
