ReplicaDent is an established manufacturer based in Estonia. We already have local production, a working sales operation, and active customers in Estonia, as well as in the EU & MENA regions. We are not a reseller - we make our own products and sell them directly to businesses.
What we offer:
• Fixed salary: €1500 gross/month
• Commission: 10% from every confirmed and paid deal (no caps)
• On-target earnings (first year): €2500–3500 gross/month*
• Full training provided - you don't need to know dentistry from day one
*Example: €10,000 in monthly sales = €2500 total (€1500 fixed + €1000 commission)
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential dental clinics and B2B clients across Estonia
• Conduct business trips within Estonia to meet clients in person
• Present and demonstrate our products using samples and demo models
• Invite potential clients to visit our office and production facility in Estonia - a key advantage that builds trust and credibility
• Follow up and close sales deals in coordination with the logistics team
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by closing deals with new customers and supporting regular customers
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system
• Represent the company professionally in all engagements
Requirements for candidates:
• Experience in B2B sales is a must
• Experience in dentistry / medical field is preferred,
• Fluent English, Russian (required)
• Estonian (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and access to a car (required - this is a field sales role)
