The course goal – to share the experience in building dental clinic’s finance management system. Dental clinic owner’s decisions about expansion, employment, procedure pricing and marketing should be made only having clear understanding how it will effect clinic’s profitability. This course helped to build this understanding already for more than 300 participants.
Topics of the course:
1. Clinic’s profitability. It will be discussed in details what and how effects clinics profitability and what action could be made to increase the profit. Simple, user-friendly Microsoft excel forms to see doctor’s and chair’s profitability will be provided.
2. Doctor’s salary. It’s the biggest cost centre in a dental clinic. It will be clarified how much clinic can pay to the doctors and balance profitability with good employees.
3. Materials and discounts management. Material and discount management system will be provided.
4. Procedure pricelist. It will be clarified how to look more competitive and at the same time to earn more money. Pricelist sample, based on procedure cost price and patient’s psychological perceptions will be provided.
5. Business software. It will be clarified what to ask from software suppliers.
6. Cash-flow management system. Simple, user-friendly system provided.
Effective clinic’s structure. It will be explained how to spread and control duties.
